Who You Are

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure within the organization. You’ll collaborate cross functionally with all departments across the organization to ensure support is being provided as needed.

You’ll also determine business requirements for IT systems, manage the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, oversee the organization’s internal help desk, and eliminate security risks.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the solutions team housed under operations and report to Director of Technology
  • Develop IT plans in support of specific business objectives
  • ERP implementations
  • Manage business relationships and monitor status of the business
  • Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
  • Maintain computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
  • Define requirements and design for IT projects in support of key business objectives
  • Ensure business and IT strategic alignment
  • Function as working manager while managing and coordinating strategic and tactical activities for staff
  • Oversee the management and resolution of IT issues
  • Create policies, processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
  • Develop, manage, and track the IT department’s annual budget
  • Responsible for managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Monitor completion per the governance process

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years experience in related field with at least 3+ years in senior leadership preferred
  • Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles
  • Prior experience leading and implementing ERP systems, determining security enhanced roadmap and project management across a variety of technical platforms
